The Position
We are seeking a Program Strategy Manager to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting large-scale high-performance computing (HPC) and next-generation CaaS / GPUaaS platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating high-level business objectives into structured programs, integrated roadmaps, and scalable delivery across compute, infrastructure, and platform services.
You will play a key role in bringing clarity to ambiguity—establishing ownership, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple technical and operational workstreams. This position partners closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, procurement, and external partners to ensure programs remain aligned, on schedule, and positioned to deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate brings a strong program management foundation with a consulting mindset, along with experience supporting complex infrastructure or platform-based environments—particularly within HPC, cloud, CaaS, or GPUaaS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated program strategies aligned to HPC, AI infrastructure, and CaaS / GPUaaS platform delivery objectives
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps across compute (CPU/GPU), storage, networking, and platform services
- Drive alignment across rapidly evolving infrastructure and platform environments
Program Planning & Delivery Management
- Build and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical paths
- Coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure execution remains on track
- Establish clear ownership, scope, and accountability across all workstreams
Analytics, Reporting & Decision Support
- Develop executive-ready materials including one-pagers, dashboards, integrated schedules, and status updates
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify risks, trends, and optimization opportunities across programs
- Enable data-driven decision-making through scenario planning and forward-looking insights
Governance, Risk & Operational Excellence
- Own and maintain governance artifacts including risk registers, issue logs, and decision trackers
- Drive timely escalation, mitigation planning, and accountability across stakeholders
- Strengthen program delivery frameworks, standards, and operating cadences
Cross-Functional Leadership & Facilitation
- Lead working sessions across technical and business teams, including engineering and platform stakeholders
- Translate ambiguous objectives into structured deliverables, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback integration
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Develop tools and models to support forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio-level visibility
- Define and track KPIs tied to infrastructure scaling, platform delivery, and business outcomes
- Improve transparency across program performance and execution health
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or related roles within complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience supporting HPC, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale technical programs
- Direct or adjacent experience with CaaS, GPUaaS, or GPU-based infrastructure environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to break down complex problems and drive structured, actionable solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
- Experience operating within structured governance models, including cadences, reporting, and tracking frameworks
Preferred:
- Background in management consulting or transformation-focused roles
- Experience with program management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
- Exposure to data center, cloud platform, or HPC infrastructure environments
