Our client, a leading Aerospace & Defense manufacturer, is implementing Epicor Kinetic in the GCC Cloud across three facilities (two in California and one in Colorado). They are seeking a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and ensure a successful go-live. This role requires strong ERP project leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at speed in a high-precision, regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Epicor Kinetic implementation across all three sites.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to align the system to business processes.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
- Provide user training to approximately 100–120 employees, ensuring clear adoption and best practices.
- Work closely with IT, departmental leads, and external partners to drive project momentum.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
- Ensure alignment with manufacturing best practices and Aerospace & Defense compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Epicor Kinetic Project Management experience (full lifecycle implementations preferred).
- Strong knowledge of both Finance and Operations modules.
- Experience working in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or similar regulated industries.
- Ability to train end users across multiple sites.
- Proven ability to manage complex ERP programs with speed, clarity, and organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work onsite at client locations in CA and CO as needed.
Preferred Skills
- GCC Cloud experience with Epicor Kinetic.
- Hands-on SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Wireless Warehouse for Epicor.
- Experience with QuickShip.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain, inventory, quality, and shop-floor processes.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of going direct. This is full time contract.
Salary : $70 - $110
