You will partner directly with the founder and leadership team to own growth strategy across acquisition, lifecycle marketing, content, partnerships, community, and experimentation.

- Partner directly with the founder on growth priorities and company strategy

- A track record of rapid testing and iteration
- Excellent creative instincts and marketing judgment
- Experience leveraging AI tools and agents as part of your workflow
- A builder mentality and desire to create rather than simply manage
- The ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
