Job Description
GTM Landscaping and Renovations is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Lead and standard Lawn Maintenance technicians & Hardscape Technicians along with Snowplow Operators to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in lawn care, property maintenance, hardscaping and snowplowing who takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, and clean-ups
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Install and repair hardscaping features (patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, etc.)
- Assist with landscape construction and renovation projects
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Snow plowing commercial and residential
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance or Hardscapes (required)
- Experience operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, compactors, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paver installation and retaining wall systems
- Experience with grading and site prep
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Experience with landscaping mowing, line trimming, weeding etc.... commercial and residential
- Snow Plowing
- Foreman Experience a plus

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
