Job Description
GTM Landscaping and Renovations is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Lawn Maintenance & Hardscaping Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in lawn care, property maintenance, and hardscaping who takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, and clean-ups
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with landscape construction and renovation projects
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance (required)
- Experience operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, compactors, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
