GTL Management is a privately owned promotional marketing firm in the local Lombard area of Chicago. We have recently had the pleasure of expanding into a larger office and are excited to announce we are hiring for our position. Position Overview:
Here at GTL Management, we prefer more hands-on collaborative training, this ensures that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top leaders and develop their skills. You will be responsible for developing and managing marketing promotions, sales, and all associated activities. This role will entail delivering communications that drive revenue and growth to support new consumer acquisitions.They will greet and inform customers with the utmost level of customer service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Professionally representing and promoting our clients to increase brand awareness
- Attend regular client training and developmental meetings
- Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
- Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
- Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, team environment
- Drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer service to maintain customer retention
Position Qualifications:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- Sales experience helpful but not required
- 0-3 years of work experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant experience, communications, military, and marketing (preferred experience, not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
