Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the manufacturing facility
- Support production teams by delivering materials, parts, and components to workstations
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including scanning, labeling, and staging inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and material tracking
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment
- Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Follow manufacturing, warehouse, and OSHA safety procedures
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment
- Work closely with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet daily output goals
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physical work setting
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Basic understanding of inventory, shipping, or material handling processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production environments
- Shipping and receiving or inventory control experience
