Key Responsibilities
QMS Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Establish and standardize quality policies, procedures, and documentation across all sites
- Ensure consistency and scalability of QMS processes to support growth and new site integration
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and internal requirements
- Oversee internal and external audits, including ISO certification and surveillance audits
- Maintain audit readiness and drive timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions
- Drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes using methodologies such as 8D, A3, and PFMEA
- Promote risk-based thinking and proactive defect prevention across operations
- Lead enterprise-level initiatives to improve quality performance, reduce scrap, and enhance process capability
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is embedded in processes
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and APQP activities to ensure successful product launches
- Align quality objectives with business KPIs and operational goals
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for quality performance
- Provide executive-level reporting on QMS effectiveness, risks, and improvement initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic priorities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality and compliance team
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and training on QMS standards and compliance requirements across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing (metal fabrication or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong expertise in ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Experience leading audits, compliance programs, and multi-site QMS environments
- Deep knowledge of RCCA methodologies (8D, A3), APQP, PFMEA, and control plans
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- ASQ Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, or similar)
- Experience in a global or multi-site manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with automation, digital QMS tools, or system integration

Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
