Job Description:-
Client is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for modeling, designing, configuring, and testing solution options in Workday Adaptive Planning. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and serving as a subject matter expert for workforce planning processes.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Adaptive Planning workforce planning modules within the Workday platform.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of designing and building complex Models, Sheets, Dashboards, Reporting, Administration, and Integrations.
- Proficiency in HR processes and practices, particularly in Strategic Workforce Planning areas like Headcount & Cost Planning and Resource & Capacity Planning.
- Experience managing integrations with systems such as Workday Prism Analytics, Tableau, and Core HCM.
- Familiarity with Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) and Agile product delivery frameworks.
