Required Skills:
- 10 years of AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Python development
- Production experience with LLMs, SLMs, fine-tuning (LoRA), and quantization
- Building and deploying Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
- Reinforcement Learning and Human-in-the-Loop workflows
- Inference optimization, model deployment, and endpoint engineering
- Strong Kubernetes experience (required)
- MLOps/AIOps tools such as Kubeflow
- Experience optimizing model performance, infrastructure, and AI costs
