What are the responsibilities and job description for the JIRA Administrator position at GTECH LLC?

We're seeking a Senior Jira Platform Engineer to own and optimize our Jira SaaS (Government Cloud) environment. This role is responsible for Jira administration, workflow configuration, enterprise integrations with GitLab, ServiceNow, and Okta, and leading the migration from Azure DevOps and GitLab to Jira. You'll partner with Agile teams to improve delivery processes, automate workflows using REST APIs and scripting (Python/PowerShell/JavaScript), and support DevSecOps best practices.


Key Skills: Jira Administration, Atlassian, GitLab, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), Azure DevOps Migration, Python/PowerShell/JavaScript, DevSecOps.


Nice to Have: Atlassian certifications, Confluence, Government Cloud/Federal experience, FedRAMP/FISMA knowledge.
