Coffee Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team! You will help us maintain and repair coffee equipment water systems.

A G-Tech Technician will complete inspections, repairs, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial coffee/espresso and water systems in an assigned territory, focusing on strong customer service providing accurate documentation and independent problem-solving, often involving travel and inventory management. Key duties include fixing equipment, building customer loyalty, timely service, and ensuring all work completed meets and exceeds the customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Servicing: Repair and maintain commercial espresso machines,

coffee brewers, grinders, and water filtration systems at the customer’s location.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled monthly maintenance to extend equipment

life and ensure optimal operation.

Customer Relationship Management: Build customer loyalty and trust through

professional, reliable service, clear communication, and on-time arrival.

Documentation and Reporting: Complete accurate service reports, paperwork,

and manage inventory parts.

Territory Management: Work independently within an assigned geographical

area, managing workload and service calls efficiently with the support of his/her direct report.

Troubleshooting: Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment.

Key Skills and qualifications required for the position:

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.

· Proficiency with smartphones for inventory/scheduling.

· Valid Driver License and clean driving record/criminal record.

· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not common but potential requirement at times)

· Job will require work with coffee and coffee products. Must not have any allergies or issues working or tasking coffee while on the job

· The role requires professionalism, a clean and friendly presentation, and outgoing personality.
