At GTCC, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic, and inclusive culture committed to delivering exceptional results, making it a truly amazing place to work and thrive.The WCE (Workforce and Continuing Education) Career Advisor and Enrollment Coach serves as the student navigator for WCE students and prospective students who need assistance determining which course, program, credential, or workforce training pathway best aligns with their interests, goals, prior experience, and career objectives. The position provides career exploration, program and course navigation, enrollment coaching, registration guidance, resource connection, appropriate referrals, and follow-through to help students move from uncertainty to a clear next step. The position also serves as the WCE Ambassador, coordinating and supporting division-wide marketing, outreach, recruitment, and communication efforts in partnership with the GTCC Marketing Specialist and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) staff. This responsibility includes helping expand WCE marketing bandwidth and capabilities through effective use of Element451 (E451) to strengthen program promotion, prospective-student engagement, targeted communications, and recruitment follow-up. The Career Advisor and Enrollment Coach maintains current working knowledge of WCE programs and collaborates with program directors, coordinators, faculty, Student Services, Human Resources Development (HRD), and other college areas to ensure students receive accurate information and are connected to the appropriate opportunity or resource. The position uses service, enrollment, outreach, and engagement information to identify recurring needs, improve student navigation and communications, and support movement toward enrollment and completion. This individual performs additional duties as assigned by the Associate Vice President of WCE.
