At GTCC, you'll be part of a supportive, dynamic, and inclusive culture committed to delivering exceptional results, making it a truly amazing place to work and thrive.The Analyst, Business Process & Workflow is a member of the Enterprise Applications team within Information Technology Services and is responsible for designing, supporting, and improving institutional forms, workflows, automations, data feeds, and operational reporting.This position serves as the institutional subject matter expert for workflow and automation platforms and is the primary resource for designing, governing, and supporting automated processes across ITS and partner departments. The Analyst translates functional requirements into electronic forms, approval workflows, event-driven automations, and supporting data structures.The role focuses on business process automation across administrative and academic units, developing workflow logic, integrations, and datasets to ensure reliable routing, approvals, notifications, auditability, and compliance with institutional policies.In addition to workflow and automation responsibilities, the Analyst builds and maintains operational and ad hoc reports, supports automated data feeds between enterprise systems, and monitors scheduled jobs and integrations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability.The Analyst works closely with functional departments, IT colleagues, and external partners to maintain system reliability, establish automation standards, document processes, and continuously improve digital business processes that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
