We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production line equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or assembly line experience who are dependable and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from the line
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Comply with all safety, quality, and company policies
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts if required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.90 - $27.50 per hour
