Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project Manager I (Contractor)
Location: Exton, PA

Responsibilities:

• Assist OSP Design Engineers with tracking, reporting, and key metrics to monitor production and milestone status for projects
• Lead all assigned projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and overall project ownership
• Use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
• Communicate with cross-functional teams including external representatives; coordinate activities to achieve goals
• Develop, maintain, and lead detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines; plan and direct schedule and budget
• Host cross-functional project meetings to get weekly updates on fiber builds and final activations
• Coordinate resources and maintain regular contact with vendors for support and services
• Maintain data integrity across databases using VLOOKUP and other comparison tools
• Perform general data mining to generate visual reports for key stakeholders
• Learn and develop understanding of all systems, tools, and processes supporting project workflows; suggest improvements
• Work with construction, planning, and design teams to manage assigned tasks
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Conduct site walkouts to meet with business partners and municipalities

Skills / Qualifications:

• Prior construction experience (fiber and/or coax)
• Ability to drive projects to completion
• Strong milestone tracking and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and personable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
