What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Operations Coordinator position at GTA (Global Technology Associates)?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase order requests and vendor correspondence for assigned local market.
- Update internal systems and project trackers daily to ensure accurate and complete data.
- Analyze project data using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Create, maintain, and distribute project reports, documentation, and other communications.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical files for assigned projects/programs.
- Support multiple project teams to meet execution goals and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing data and presentation slides for project meetings.
- Serve as liaison between construction teams, engineering, finance, project delivery, and other stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings to provide job status updates and address issues or conflicts.
- Perform vendor management tasks as required.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience / Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of related administrative, project coordination, purchasing, or operations experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with purchase orders and invoicing strongly preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
