In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Analyze historical data to identify trends and to assess funding requirements. 2) Experience in formulating annual programs budget estimates. 3) Budget execution experience including monitoring and tracking program allocations, obligations, and expenditure of funds. 4) Identify problem areas, research to make determination and implement corrective courses of action. 5) Develop and recommend fund allocation procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
