Role Summary:
This is a full-time role located in New York City. As a Head of Ventures Studio you will manage day-to-day operations, from sourcing to leading and supporting venture building activities, guide teams, and ensure successful GTM execution. Responsibilities include overseeing funding, strategizing efforts, and managing a diverse portfolio of startups.
The primary objectives include:
- Source and vet qualified founders that can join our program, along scaling each team
- Forge deep relationship with top universities to access talents pool from target events
- Own and manage structured program to drive each batch from interview to completion
- Coordinate with regional trade offices and institutional investors to drive target events
- Work closely with our investments team to fund each startup at current/future milestone
- Coordinate with tech labs team to convert each vision to product with successful launch
- Coordinate with our GTM and partnership team to drive early revenues and market fit
- Build an alpha team as you deliver business KPI's, delegate and motive top performers
- Share innovations and insights with corporate executives, startup and investor via executive briefs and quarterly global events thought leadership sessions where you quickly become a trusted advisor within the five-industry focus “Enterprise, Consumer, Health, Energy and Hardware Tech”.
- Ready to hit the ground running to deliver world-class services and results to our notable client roster (some are affiliate with top brands, including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Google, IBM, Apple, Airbus, BMW, Walmart, Amazon, etc.).
Experience, skills, and knowledge required

- An outstanding performer with years of experience at a top tier ventures team, accelerator, corporate studio, consulting firm, or top universities incubator,
- Scale opportunities focused on technology that align with corporate clients needs
- Expert-level knowledge of startup development, funding and deal modeling as well as
- Highly motivated entrepreneur with strong ability to think strategically and direct others
- Solving complex business problems under pressure with excellent communication skills, including strong writing and the ability to create top-notch presentations and materials that provide business insight that is relevant and digestible to executive decision-makers.
- Proven ability to lead, recruit, retain and mentor high performing teams in matrix org.
- Aggressive yet regarded as ethical and fair in the industry. Confident but not arrogant
- MBA or PhD from top Business or STEM school is preferred, along with large local network
Compensation Package: at or above top tier VC firm and include generous health benefits "post probation period" with (Base, Bonus, Profit Sharing, and Equity). Expect 100% bonus based on performance.
Office: Expect 5 days’ work week in office initially, with a room to hybrid model after 6 months
Location: For Local only, who reside in or around New York City with strong ties to Corporate Innovation and CVC's.
