Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience advising clients on commercial and licensing agreements, intellectual property matters, and product counseling, particularly in the context of cloud computing products and services, software, patents, IT procurement, supply chain, semiconductor, and AI/machine learning.

The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is
$235,000 to $365,000 annually
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Deep knowledge of intellectual property and commercial contract law, particularly as it relates to software, hardware, and digital assets.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) and open source license frameworks.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Technical background (e.g., CS, EE, bioengineering) or experience working with clients in cloud computing, semiconductor, hardware, AI, and cybersecurity sectors.
- Experience with international licensing and cross-border transactions.
- Exposure to IP workflows in M&A or financing transactions and post-closing integration.
