Seasonal Team Member

Pay: $14.00/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Seasonal Team Members to join our Textbook Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll help ensure educational materials are received, processed, and delivered accurately and on time. Seasonal Team Members are expected to work full-time hours in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general distribution center duties including scanning, sorting, shelving, and moving inventory.
• Regularly lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and push utility carts up to 60 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Use carts, dollies, and other equipment to move inventory safely.
• Pick, batch, and assemble customer orders with accuracy.
• Pack and label shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Assist with restocking and maintaining an organized work environment.
• Inspect books for quality and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Basic Computer and scanner skills

Working Conditions:

• Seasonal, full-time hours required; overtime may be necessary during peak times.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the distribution center for extended periods.
• Work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility with scheduling is expected during busy seasons.
