Springfield FedEx Terminal - 2700 N Mulroy Rd, Strafford, MO 65757
- Salary: $20-22/Hr PLUS stop bonuses. Pay is dependent on experience.

This is a FULL-TIME opportunity based in Springfield/Strafford, exclusively for operating and delivering out of step vans. Experience driving larger delivery vehicles is recommended.
We provide your uniform's and all the training regarding driving the truck and the daily operations of being a delivery driver. This is a great place to work and a great place to experience the logistics of Package Delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate company delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 75 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

Basic Requirements
- Be able to pass a DOT Physical
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- At least 23 years of age
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle records check (MVR)
- Fast paced delivery position with package weights up to 150lb (Dolly provided but must be able to maneuver package onto dolly and deliver
- Pick up and deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
- Follow routes and time schedules
- Load your truck in the morning inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Skills.
