Our GSW Santa Monica team is looking for a Group Copy Supervisor with strong conceptual thinking and a proven ability to bring ideas to life. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with strategic thinking and deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work in a variety of mediums—print, digital and beyond
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional team
- Writing long form copy, establishing and managing the brand tone, claims, and overall copy consistency
- Responsible for guiding and developing the product/service/brand information that bolsters the creative group’s conceptual ideas and creative executions
- Understanding and implementing direction: Can understand creative direction based on objectives and executes creative work effectively
- Communicates workload appropriately based on skill sets and talents; communicates well with others on workload issues & needs, the progress of work and results
- 5-7 years' experience at pharma advertising agency
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ability and creative problem-solving
- Experience developing work for both patient and HCP audiences
- Client-facing experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in advertising, communications, or journalism, and/or coursework related to pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
