In this role as Experience Designer, you’ll work on meaningful print and digital projects that make a real impact in health and wellness while pushing creative boundaries and honing your craft.
This role will support our GSW Santa Monica office so must be willing to work PST hours.

What You’ll Do:
- Design engaging digital and print experiences for healthcare campaigns
- Create concepts, prototypes, and animations that bring ideas to life
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and copywriters for seamless execution
- Build scalable, intuitive designs across multiple platforms
- Present your work and communicate the “big idea” clearly
- 3 years in digital/print design role in advertising agency setting.
- Pharma agency experience a plus or working in other regulated markets
- Strong craft skills and attention to detail in both digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, XD, Sketch, FIGMA; animation tools like Principle or Lottie
- Bonus: 3D design (three.js) or Unity experience
- Must have portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design skills and a strong commitment to craft and detail
