Job Title: Business Management Analyst I Location: Fort Carson, CO (onsite only / no remote work) Type: Full-time Non-Exempt Hourly Required: Minimum of 3 years conducting Business Management support services within a government setting. Active/recent U.S. government security clearance. Windows Server Operating System training within 6 months of hire. Desired: Windows Server Operating System Training Job Description: Supply operational, technical, and administrative support to fourteen local and remote sites. Assist in DA Form 7600 development. Assist with maintaining compliance with DoD, Army, NETCOM, and local SLA policies and regulations. Administer technical support for all sites. Support, coordinate, review, analyze and provide feedback to customers on periodic (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) basis for all established and new SLAs, MOUs, and MOAs. Review, edit, staff, and finalize SLAs and other artifacts to determine if the SLAs accurately depict the services provided with associated estimated costing. Verify the correct service provider, services being provided and service bill payer. Generate and update reports and assist Government SLA managers and budget personnel manage SLAs. Follow procedures for DA Form 7600, NETCOM Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) Service Catalog, NETCOM ARTS, and NETCOM GEARS. Support the development and management of an average of 20 SLAs and 14 MOU/MOAs supporting the West Region. Use approved IT management tools and applications to perform the following: Review 10% of all established SLA/MOUs monthly. o Provide weekly and monthly status reports. o Attend required meetings, MS Teams, telephonic, and in person on all SLA related concerns. o Resolve SLA related issues, concerns, new requirements. o Ensure SLAs are properly developed, staffed, and signed within the required time frame. o Support all SLA Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), and directives. o Produce documentation related to project deliverables. o Create and maintain a West Region SLA Dashboard on SharePoint Online (SPO). Physical & Mental Requirements: Performance of essential and ancillary functions may require: Bending, stooping, and sitting. Walking or standing for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires near vision acuity to review written documentation. Ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone. Manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard. Ability to lift horizontally and vertically. Clearance: Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Hire dates are dependent upon the issuance of an interim or final government security clearance.
