What are the responsibilities and job description for the UAS Test Operator position at GST Holdings LLC?
AUV LCC has an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain experience or start a career in Unmanned Aircraft. As a Test Operator, you will be trained on flight operations safety and operational procedures in order to conduct flight operations services, as requested, for a high-volume flight test campaign.
This is an entry level, temporary assignment expected to last 18 weeks. If you hold a current sUAS Part 107
certificate, we would love to speak to you!
Responsibilities:
· Support UAS flight operations in California.
· Act as visual observer and should expect to work outdoors in in different weather conditions.
· Safely and efficiently load or unload UAS payloads.
· Operate radios and/or other devices to stay in constant communications with team.
· Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Part 107 sUAS license.
· Some familiarity with unmanned aircraft systems.
· Proficient in the English language and capable f lifting up to 50 pounds.
· Comfortable working up to 50 hours per week.
· Employee will be subject to the alcohol and drug policy of AUV and the customer, to include pre-employment drug screening.
