General: Support customer flight operations by performing duties in a Project Support role. Mission location will be disclosed at time of interview/hire.
Responsibilities:
•Receives direct tasking to assist with project execution, including paperwork, filing, and documentation support.
•Supports shipping and receiving functions such as boxing, unpacking, filing packing slips, and making local deliveries.
•Supports Project Manager with basic support tasks such as checklists, document gathering and filing, making travel arrangements, and preparing paperwork
•Provides ad-hoc support as required by program team, flight crew, and/or technician staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 yrs of experience in this field
- HS Diploma/Associate's
