We’re hiring fast, reliable packers for a high-volume warehouse operation. This is a performance-based role where speed and accuracy are required every shift.

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately
- Match items to packing slips before sealing
- Package items securely to prevent damage
- Print and apply shipping labels correctly
- Separate and organize orders (single items vs bundles)
- Keep your packing station clean and organized
- Stay productive at all times (packing, prepping, organizing)
Performance Expectations
- Fast-paced, high-output environment
- You will be tracked on speed and accuracy (orders per hour)
- Consistent pace required throughout shift
- Minimal downtime — always working
