Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packing products into poly mailers or boxes and preparing shipments for delivery. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items into poly bags or boxes according to order requirements
- Verify accuracy of items and quantities before sealing packages
- Print and affix shipping labels correctly
- Ensure packages are sealed securely and meet shipping standards
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area
- Meet daily packing and shipping quotas
- Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory issues
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
