Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4 Hana Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex SAP implementation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4 Hana, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, effective communication, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end program management of SAP S/4 Hana implementations, from planning and design to execution and delivery.
- Develop and execute program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and project teams, to define project goals, scope, and success criteria.
- Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues related to SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
- Implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles, ensuring the successful progression of the program.
- Resource Management:
- Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement best practices and methodologies for SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business requirements and expectations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP program management framework.
- Evaluate and implement industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in program management with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing at least 3 Full Life Cycle End to End Implementations in their career
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
