What You’ll Do:
- Lead a vibrant team and foster a positive, communicative, and professional atmosphere.
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure top-quality patient care and hire new staff as needed.
- Analyze clinic performance data to meet financial, operational, and productivity goals.
- Optimize marketing strategies, grow the clinic, and build community partnerships.

- Lead by example by providing outstanding patient care and prompt electronic documentation.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- California state license in Physical Therapy
- CPR certification
- 3 years of experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting
