Job Description Technical Lead (Sterling OMS Microservices)
Location: Seattle / Vancouver
Region: North America
About the Role
Hiring a Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Sterling OMS and modern microservices architecture to drive development activities, implement technical solutions, and support enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own development of key modules in OMS and microservices.
- Translate functional requirements into robust technical components.
- Build scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Configure Sterling OMS for transaction flows, sourcing rules, and order modifications.
- Support SIT/UAT phases and production issues.
- Interface with business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
Required Skills
- 5 8 yrs hands-on experience with Sterling OMS and Java.
- Strong programming skills in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, order management, fulfillment flows.
