Role Title : Fabric Support Lead
Location : Fremont, CA / Hybrid
Duration: Long Term
**Required Skills**
* Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Data Factory), Data Bricks, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
* Knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline management.
* Familiarity with data storage solutions (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB).
* Experience working with batch and stream processing, and SQL.
* Proficient in using scripting languages like Python, SQL, or PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Fabric customers across different service components (Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Warehousing, etc.).
* Own the onboarding process, helping the business and engineering teams set up and deploy their use cases on Microsoft Fabric environment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to data integration, pipeline management, applications, Power BI integration, and other fabric components.
* Identify and escalate critical issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.
* Own and perform performance tuning, optimization, and various technical enhancements for the Microsoft Fabric solutions.
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft Fabric and provide consultation to customer/engineering team on how to best utilize the platform.
* Advise on architectural best practices, implementation strategies, and integration solutions.
* Conduct troubleshooting and deep-dive analyses of data workflows and advise on optimizations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering/platform/etc.) to report bugs, request enhancements, and relay the feedback to improve the product.
* Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and technical articles to ensure team have access to the latest troubleshooting steps and solutions.
