SAP FICO Lead Financial and Management Accounting
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Lead Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience in Financial and Management Accounting modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP projects, including configuration, migration and data transformation in SAP ECC and S4 Hana.
• Proficiency in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with a strong understanding of underlying data structures and functionalities.
• Deep understanding and hands on experience working with FI modules such as General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting, Invest management (IO), CO-Profitability Analysis, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury Management (TRM), as well as their integration with other SAP Modules
• Familiarity with SAP Group Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Reporting.
• In-depth understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to architect FI/CO solutions aligned with Business needs and industry best practices.
• Experience with SAP Best Practices and translate business requirements into SAP solutions, to meet functional specifications
• Work with quality engineering team to execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
