Help ensure customer orders across the U.S. are picked, packed, and shipped with precision. If you like staying active and working with your hands, this role is for you.
Role Snapshot- Pull inventory and pick items according to order specifications
- Pack products securely for shipment and support outbound processing
- Thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment in our fulfillment area
Starting pay: $16.50/hour
2nd shift premium: Additional shift differential applies
Scheduling Options- Full-Time: 1st shift and 2nd shift
- FLEX: Non-traditional hours (see FLEX details)
Qualifications (All Roles)
- Understand and comply with all safety requirements
- Read and understand English
- Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
- Off during the alternating months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Eligible for medical coverage only
- Partial PTO accrual
- Holiday pay eligibility only when flexed in and working on the holiday
- Warehouse experience preferred
