Are you the kind of person who...- Can turn a requisition into a precisely pulled order of finished signage and products?
- Checks every print image against stock size before it leaves the building?
- Keeps meticulous inventory control, tagging, storing, and updating records without missing a beat?
- Receive and inspect finished signage and products; verify correctness and quantities against inventory and customer-supplied GTRs.
- Maintain complete records, files, and data for all finished products; handle routine correspondence.
- Perform inventory preparation and frequent cycle counts, including any signage with fewer than 10 items in stock.
- Pull IMS orders and reship orders accurately and on time, validating part numbers, promotions, and quantities.
- Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails to keep workflows moving.
- Pull GTRs and debit promptly.
- Manage customer-supplied signage, relocating remaining items to the customer’s designated finished goods area.
- Ensure overage is tagged and stored in the correct rack for each customer; enter new signage into inventory when overage is purchased by the customer.
- Track down missing signage from overage and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor Asset Manager for customer requests and act accordingly.
- Operate compactors, bailing machines, and hand tools; maintain cleanliness in finished goods and other warehouse areas; remove trash.
- Assist other warehouse areas or departments when needed; communicate issues quickly to your supervisor or warehouse manager.
- Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
2nd shift: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
