What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flex positions position at GSP Companies?
GSP now hiring for FLEX positions in our print manufacturing plant.
These are non-traditional work hours. Please carefully review the requirements below to help you determine if this is a good fit for you.
Requirements:
- Work every other month for 3-4 weeks, working all mandatory overtime (will include 10-12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
- Will not work on opposing months due to lower production demands, though hours may be available to pick up during these times.
- Ability to work in multiple departments (we will train you!). These could range from packing/shipping orders to running cutting machines.
Additional position information:
- Pay range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and shift differential.
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

- PTO is accrued on a partial basis
- Eligible for Holiday Pay only if FLEXED IN and working at the time the holiday occurs on the calendar
