Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and programs for production
- Oversee first runs and troubleshoot complex parts
- Order supplies and manage tool libraries
- Optimize operation sequences for safety and efficiency
- Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and OEM software
- Experience with stamping, bending, welding, and laser technologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; SolidWorks training preferred
- 2 years in machine operation or programming
