General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert in data for Supply Chain and Purchasing. Support data analytics for Demand Plan & Forecasting, S&OP process, and Production Planning.
- Establish metrics and dashboards for reviewing at all levels on weekly, monthly basis and comfortable in leveraging Power BI for reporting
- Support Supply Chain, Purchasing, and management in ad-hoc analysis
- Review and analyze various data sources to identify trends and opportunities in Production Planning to improve efficiency and predictivity
- Manage and coordinate basic projects and tasks, including creating project plans, conducting status updates, feeding templates to the BI analytics development team.
- Identify data issues and proactively drive cleanup activities to help maintain reporting integrity.
- Liaise with sales ops, implement demand plan and execute inventory and production planning
- Create and maintain Master Data in Syspro such as stock codes, GTINs, TraceLink and OSM configurations. Set up and maintain Bills of Material and item master parameters.
- Analyze MRP requirements in Syspro for Finished Goods NDCs and key data points.
- Create work orders, generate and release batch records, determine production priorities, and schedule jobs across packaging rooms.
- Partner with Quality and Packaging to resolve product holds and minimize delays.
- Work closely with Purchasing to address material shortages impacting production release.
- Support coordination with 3PL partners for offsite inventory oversight.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and procurement experience, with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of planning concepts as they relate to inventory and forecasting
- Pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
- Mastery-level Excel skills including knowledge of advanced functions such as lookups, conditional programming (i.e., if/then), data validation (e.g., data lists), formatting, and ability to make forms and automated tools that can leveraged across a team
- Must have experience building and distributing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
