This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Producer, based in Victoria, TX. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating and managing insurance sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client insurance needs, handling policy renewals, advising clients on a range of insurance products, and working collaboratively with the broader team to achieve business goals.
- Proficient in Insurance Sales and knowledgeable in various insurance products, including Auto, Home, and Commercial Insurance.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their insurance needs.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Understanding of Employee Benefits is an advantage.
- Active Property and Casualty or Life and Health insurance license (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, with experience in insurance or sales considered an asset.
