Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to support the successful planning, estimation, and execution of green wall projects. This role sits at the intersection of pre-construction, operations, and client coordination and requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documentation
● Collaborate with contractors, partners, and internal teams to define accurate bid scope
● Evaluate site conditions and determine appropriate green wall solutions
● Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
● Develop clear, comprehensive proposals
● Communicate bid details to field operations during pre-construction phases
● Track and analyze job costs against estimates
● Support project managers and accounting teams with ongoing project follow-up
Qualifications
● 5 or more years of experience in construction estimating and or project management
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
● Solid understanding of subcontractor and general contractor relationships and contracts
● Excellent communication and coordination skills
● Highly detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
● Experience with Zoho CRM and SketchUp is a plus
Compensation and Growth
● Salary Range $75,000 - $100,000
