GSK Consumer Healthcare, NA has an exciting opportunity as an Associate Brand Manager on Advil.

- Responsible for developing and managing the short- and medium-term brand strategies for a specific brand.
- You will build brand equity as measured by annual brand share performance, brand loyalty, professional recommendations (dental/medical) and perceived quality.
- You will develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs, including consumer promotion, plus those designed to engage shoppers at retail or anywhere face-to-face consumer engagement is possible.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand strategy, including advertising, promotion, pricing and customer marketing strategy.
- Management of the key budget line items, such as advertising and promotions
- Media Strategy and Planning and its integration into the Brand Planning cycle.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to drive professional (dental/medical) recommendation of the brand.
- Work with outside agencies to execute the plan

Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field
- 2+ years of commercial marketing experience (i.e. brand management, market research, consumer behavior, business analysis) including 1 years of CPG specific experience in a Consumer Healthcare environment
- Digital Marketing and Analysis Experience
- Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Minimum of 2 years prior industry experience preferably in consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical marketing
- Digital Marketing Experience.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and report data to drive business decisions.
- Previous experience working with and/or managing vendors
- Prior experience in the following areas: Revenue growth management, route-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, advertising/media planning, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, brand/package contribution, brand portfolio management, and changes in packaging.
- Evaluate, and recommend relevant new and long-term business opportunities.
- Uses understanding of current trade climate for competitive advantage.
- Selects optimal consumer touch points in the finalization of media plans.
- Identifies key brand growth opportunities supported with robust evidence and develops compelling growth recommendations.
