Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment and storage organisation
• Provide excellent customer service by answering patient queries and offering medication guidance within scope of practice
• Ensure all medication labels and documentation comply with legal and safety standards
• Support medication administration processes where applicable, ensuring correct dosage and patient safety
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, transactions, and patient information in accordance with confidentiality policies
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the pharmacy environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role within a healthcare setting
• Valid certification as a Pharmacy Technician recognised by relevant regulatory bodies
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care principles
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to minimise errors
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A compassionate attitude towards patients and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
