Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Palm Beach County (Relocation package available)

A PE-backed international D2C consumer brand scaling past $100M is searching for a CMO to own the full growth engine. This is a true marketing P&L role — full accountability for acquisition, retention, and LTV across a proven subscription model. The brand has product-market fit and real velocity. The mandate is to scale it further under PE sponsorship with the resources to do it right.
What You'll Own
- The full D2C growth stack: acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV optimization
- Brand equity and direct-response performance marketing — both matter here
- Core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, churn, and contribution margin
- A cross-functional org spanning performance, creative, and lifecycle
- Direct reporting line to executive leadership and PE sponsors
What the Role Requires
- 10 years in marketing; 5 at VP or above
- D2C subscription experience — recurring revenue models, not one-time purchase
- P&L ownership with a track record of scaling profitably
- Deep fluency across paid media, creative, lifecycle, growth, and analytics
- A player-coach: strategic thinker who still gets in the work
Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
