Swimming Pool Plumbing Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Swimming Pool Plumbing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems specifically designed for swimming pools, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality pool environments that meet client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial swimming pools, including pipes, filters, pumps, and drainage components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for construction site tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
• Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing upgrades or modifications in existing pool facilities.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a focus on swimming pools or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems as they relate to pool environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Valid commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one is preferred for transporting equipment or materials.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
