Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
- Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
- Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements:
Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:
- At least 2 solid years of sales and marketing experience
- 2 years of excellent customer service experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Organized
- Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
- Follow directions and work independently
- Able to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule 9am-6pm (summer hours) and 8am-5pm (winter hours)
