On-Site Resident Manager

Description:GSF Properties Inc. is looking for an On-Site Resident Manager in Merced, CA, come join a dynamic property management team!This Resident Manager position is fully accountable for all day-to-day operations of a brand-new lease-up apartment community in Merced, CA. Must have at least 4 years of current and proven regular rent apartment management experience. At least 1-2 years of lease-up experience with proven sales and marketing experience.
