Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
- Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
- Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
- Report violations of lease and house rules
- Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
- Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
- Perform preventative maintenance duties
- Maintaining excellent curb appeal
- Follow policies and procedures

Requirements
Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician III:
- Minimum of 4 years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor fixes such as patching a wall, fixing a doorknob, appliance repair, unit turnovers, and work orders
- Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Ability to follow directions, handle constructive criticism and able to communicate well
- Able to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm=40 hours per week
- Must be able to live on-site at Fresno property
