GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician in Fresno and Fowler, CA. Come join a dynamic property management team!
**This position does require valid driver's license and must be able to travel to assigned Fresno and Fowler. Must have at least 2 years of current and proven apartment maintenance experience with proven experience in the field. Again, must have a valid CA driver's license to be considered**
Qualifications / Skills for Maintenance Technician:
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate (outlook/property management software)
- Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- General building maintenance skills (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
- Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
- Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
- Report violations of lease and house rules
- Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
- Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
- Perform preventative maintenance duties
- Maintaining excellent curb appeal
- Follow policies and procedures

Requirements
Job Requirements for Floating Maintenance Technician:
- Minimum of 2 years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Basic understanding of light maintenance and the desire to develop those skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well as a team
- Able to drive to Fresno and Fowler
- Must have valid CA driver's license
- Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours per week) and on call as needed for after hours
Salary : $21 - $23
