GSE Dynamics, Inc., a full-service engineering and manufacturing company located in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Sales Department who is organized, detail oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison to Manager and Vice President of Business development
- Prepare Sales Bids for quotation
- Maintain quotation database
- Track and process sales leads and opportunities
- Follow-up with buyers on open bids and RFQs
- Navigate customer portals to retrieve technical documentation, and RFQ documentation
- Report and Maintain Sales analytics
- Cross train with other sales coordinator positions
- General administrative duties – data entry, filing, copying
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytics
- Advanced computer skills with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage a variety of tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with attendance
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales assistance, or office administration.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
This is an estimated salary range with any actual compensation offers to be dependent upon factors including experience, skill set, qualifications, and other factors allowed by law.
